Coaches and Volunteers:

• Head Coaches receive free registration for one player.

• Practice times and location are determined by Head Coaches

• All new coaches for the Spring season must complete and pass a background check before being cleared to coach. Returning coaches who were cleared in the Fall do not need to resubmit, as their clearance is valid for two (2) years.

Coach Sign Up Steps

• Sign up for your division and team, indicating whether you are registering as a head coach or assistant coach.

• Check your email for your background check. The email comes from Yardstik, our screening partner. Check your spam or promotions folder if you do not see it within a day. Your background check must be cleared before you can be placed with a team.

• Wait for registration to close. Teams are built after registration closes, so rosters are not available before then.

• Review your roster. Once teams are made, we open rosters to coaches. Look them over and let us know right away if you see an error, a player you are not able to work with, or a family situation we should know about. Contact the club office directly and these requests stay confidential.

• Attend the coaches meeting.

• Pick up your equipment/team jerseys and coordinate practices with your team.
